Can't deploy program to bot

No matter what the bot will not accept the program... Please Help? I hate back dooring it every single time we change our program.

Could you describe the situation a little more? What happens when you try and deploy the code? Does an error message come up?

We have tried re imaging along with the error code keep popping up every deploy
