LOST CAMERA at Champshionship (Newton and Archimedes Area)

Hello everyone,

The rookie team that I mentored this year was lucky enough to attend the FIRST Championship as two time Rookie All-Star winners. While we were there my personal camera was used for our media person down on the field.

Right before Closing Ceremonies occurred, I realized no one had the camera. At the start of the ceremony my boyfriend and I ran down to the two sections we sat in and were unable to find it.

We sat in section 103 while we watched Archimedes matches. After Alliance selections occurred, we moved to section 153 in order to watch a few of the teams we are friends with in the Newton semi-finals. The camera was in a black case with a long strap and a small handle. The camera inside is a Nikon. I can give you more description if you reply to this thread or contact me directly.

I believe it is in one of these places. One of our other mentors also said that the team sitting in front of us while we were watching Newton matches asked us if a camera in a black case was ours and our team said no. At the time, I was not there, but I believe that was my camera. (And I can't remember what team was sitting in front of us. I believe Skunkworks, Team 1983, was sitting in the front row of this section)

If someone has the camera, there should be multiple pictures of our team, 4930, The Electric Mayhem and our robot. This camera has almost every picture that our team took at Championship, so we would all greatly appreciate it if someone found it and could help us get it back.

I am also contacting FIRST directly, but the three volunteers I spoke with said that when they packed up the Lost and Found from Pit Admin to be sent to the FIRST headquarters, they did not see the camera.

If anyone has any kind of information about it, we would greatly appreciate all of the help we can get. THANK YOU.

We (525) were sitting near there also. I don't know of any unidentified equipment going home with us but I'll ask.

We were in the Newton area and did not see anything. Maybe contact skunkworks directly? I will ask around and lead anyone to you guys if they know anything. We were also 2 time rookie all star winners
