Re: SWAP Meet -Off Season Event

I come from a racing background and am used to seeing a big parts trailer at races. Now smaller events we would swap between racers to get back in the race just like at these events.

Back to my main question though, how about off season swap meets? Are there rules against this or just not something anyone has done yet? OR has someone done it, I just have not witnessed it?
