We are running a 4 cim two speed gearbox w Talons, The high ratio is a bit too much. There are also 2 cims on the shooter arm . It would normally happen if hitting ( pushing) someone in high before shifting. I was pretty much figuring this was the problem as breakers deteriate with heat and at close to spec operation.
A new maintenance manual is due for next year..
