Also a full Halton Alliance that happened also in NorthBay, 2386 + 3571 + 4992

All sister teams on an alliance was amazing but we made history for halton!

I would think so, it technically follows the definition of a catch I believe.

We approached 33 and 1671 about a particular strategy we thought all our bots could really play well, and they accepted it with a few contingency plans in case it didn't work. The first 2 cycles we are getting a feel for it, but by the 3rd cycle we were all on our game and it made for awesome 3 assist cycles!

Please include this, the first alliance to really put on a clinic in week 1 and show how this game should be played.

It did not contact the human player. It did not contact the carpet. It did not contact the robot shooting over the truss. It was possessed (carry OR trap, your choice) by a robot of the proper alliance.

That better have been counted as a catch... assuming the refs weren't too busy picking their jaws up off the floor from the shock.

Including bizarre ways? How about the infamous "touch and go" strategy of 1511 during the Finger Lakes Regional?

Please include an example of a 60 point cycle!

And our favorite play of the day at Champs, when 971 (I think) blocked all the opponents balls in autonomous on Newton.

(Sounds like 973, Greybots, may have done the same thing in Galileo.)

Amazing - our team pursued the exact same strategy in the Curie eliminations. One of the other pit crew was explaining it to me and I'm sure I gave him a "You're going to WHAT?" look... but darn if it didn't work. You can almost picture the defense pausing and saying "What the heck did they just do?"

Re: Best Moments of Aerial Assist

Galileo Q36 had one of the most epic finishes I'd seen all year. Down 5 points with time quickly winding down, 67 frantically got the ball on the inbound and, with heavy defense from multiple robots pushing them away from the truss, pulled the trigger on a hail mary truss shot as the buzzer sounded. It hit the top of the truss and then bounced over securing them a 5 point victory. It was pretty awesome.

Check out the 2:30 mark of the video to see for yourself.

*These are my personal favorites...mostly because of the reactions from our alliance partners that are forever etched on my brain. Love you guys!

We also had one of those epic bounce-off-multiple-robots-catches in Galileo Q92, I believe. That one I know I haven't seen video of...and, to be honest, as it happened I wasn't even sure if it was counted as a catch or not. Truly crazy. I'll definitely post a link to that once I find video of it.
