How I Work - Justin Ridley

Quote:
Justin Ridley is our second mentor from FRC#118 The Robonauts. He is another FIRST success story, having started on a FIRST team in high school, mentored a team in college, started his career as an engineer, and continues to mentor a team now. Justin is the key man behind 118's recent run of exceptional reveal videos. You can hear about his job at NASA, how a skiing accident brought him into robotics, and more.

We have been on a bit of a hiatus but we're back for at least a little while. We have a couple more articles to publish after this one but we are running dry of volunteers. If you know of mentors that should be featured please get them in touch with me or the team. Our new goal is to do two a month since the every week schedule wasn't sustainable. If we start getting a flood of volunteers will publish more regularly.

Thank you to every one that requested we bring these back the motivation really helped.

For those that haven't seen any of the previous posts go here for all the posts. Also we have many of the articles in PDF form in the Whitepapers section.

Agreed! Thanks you guys!

Would it be possible to get the remaining ones uploaded as Whitepapers? My work blocks the photos on the blog. =/

I have students on it, I think there are only two missing right now. They should be up by the end of the day or Monday at the latest. We like the PDF whitepapers too, that way the information is archived for as long as CD is around.

Re: [How I Work] - Justin Ridley

So when will we see these on you (AllenGregoryIV) and your Dad?

I think you should have a special one on you two.

That makes the assumption that either one of us do work.

Re: [How I Work] - Justin Ridley

We added the last two articles to the PDF list. So I think they should all be there now.

We still would love more volunteers.

Re: [How I Work] - Justin Ridley

Cool article. I was really tempted to buy that engineering slide chart. Unfortunately, it would be rather useless for my work.
