I found a mistake in my code and generated some new results. My average OPR is now the average alliance score. However, my results don't agree with those posted above.
I've attached my A and S matrices along with the ordered list of team numbers. Thanks for your help with this. I'd really like to understand this better. I'll also look at numpy's least square result.
