Kit of Parts

After being on a FRC team for four years, the kit of parts and FIRST choice has ben a great tool, but there is always room for improvment.

What would you like to see added to the part list, what should be improved?
Are there any parts that have not ben inovated as much as they should be throughout the years?
Will FRC ever adapt to/need a new motor in the near future as everything already works well with current gearboxes?

As unlikely as it will ever happen. I want FIRST to allow brushless motors.
