IRI Charity Auction - 2015 Entry Position

Last year we had great success and raised a lot of money for the IRI Charities by auctioning entry into this years event.

For this year, we are doing this again, except that we will have one position available at the event (typical silent auction) and one available via ebay for those who cannot attend.

Both entries will include full entry to the 2015 IR event and all related activities.

Both entries are restricted to teams registered as 2014 FIRST FRC teams. The team number must be identified and the entry is not transferrable. The IRI will absorb the ebay fees so that 100% of the winning bid will go to the charity fund.

We will post more details when the ebay entry is active.

Oh I'm a big fan of that eBay option.

Re: IRI Charity Auction - 2015 Entry Position

The next bid has to be greater than $750. I wonder how I know that.

No nickel and diming - we all know it's going over the regular spot price. Just cut to the chase - bring out the big dog bidders!

Re: IRI Charity Auction - 2015 Entry Position

For those of you new to eBay:

Place your absolute highest bid first, and if it doesn't beat any existing bids, drop it, you've lost. If you decide to bid more, re-read the first words again.

Look at the bid history, you can see someone (1***m, with a 19 reputation) who inched it up with 5 bids before realizing they'd been outbid half an hour beforehand...
