I've got a room full of 4th - 8th graders building VEX robots in my summer school class right now and it makes me feel good to know that my first day lecture about failing is on track.

I actually had a parent go off on me last year about how I shouldn't be telling his kids it was okay to fail. I invited him to come to the class and see what I meant and he backed off pretty quickly.
