Registration will re-open at 8 PM on Monday September 15th and will remain open until we have filled the vacant spots at the event and have a few additional teams queued to fill any future cancellations. Filling of open spots will be done on a first-come, first-serve basis, ordered by time of registration. All teams will be placed on a wait list and notified their registration was received. A member of our planning committee will notify the team contact within 24 hours of the registration that they are either filling an open spot or of their position on the wait list (based on time of registration and spots remaining open at the time). Currently, we presently have THREE (3) openings for teams. Teams past this initial opening quantity who register will remain on a wait list as long as they desire, kept in order by time of registration, to have the opportunity to fill any further spots that open.
