Cascade Effect Rules Question

Our team was discussing our strategy for this years game and a couple questions came up regarding the controlling of the goals.

1. Can you move the goal around without getting penalties for controlling the balls inside during teleop

2. Do you get a penalty for holding on to the goal tube for an extended period of time. For example: Holding on to the top while you are placing the balls.

3. To get the extra points for the goals not being on the ground at the end of the match, do they have to be on the ramp or just off the ground

4. To get points for the goals being in the parking zone do they have to be on the ground or just within the confines of the tape (what % of the goal has to be within the tape).

5. Can you have a goal in the parking zone and off the ground to get maximum points.

Please let me know if any of these questions are confusing. I apologize if these questions were asked somewhere else, I am still learning how to use this forum.
