I am going to contact FIRST with a problem that i have discovered on my robot that provides a serious safety issue.
I am planning on emailing
frcteams@usfirst.org, but before I do, I would just like to know if anyone actually checks this address, or if there is somewhere else I should be sending this to.
It involves the compressor running in normal functionality when the robot is turned on at any point, which includes no computer connection to the robot and the robot being disabled.
I do not know the cause (nor would i like to speculate here) but I would like to contact someone at FIRST because the FPGA (which no teams have access to) is the component that should prevent this from happening.
The problem is though, as long as the teams are allowed to work on their robots on Thursday, they will, and they'll never learn to finish it before the event. - sanddrag [more]
