Yes and no.

The link doesn't work directly unless you've established a session with the FIRST server. The session actually lasts forever after you've established it.
https://my.usfirst.org/myarea/index.lasso probably returns a blank screen for you.

I'm trying to find an easy (though odd) way that anyone can use.
