Python on microcontroller

I'm looking at using a microcontroller that runs Python for small robots. What hardware is out there that I can use (that you recommend)?

um....sadly http://micropython.org/ is down, but I would look there once it is back up.

I just checked and it's loading fine for me right now.

Good to hear. That is the only python microcontroller I've heard of. If you want, you could head over to /r/python and ask this question there, I feel as though you'd get a better response from that community.
