Stickiest Bumper Material

Hey everyone. With all this talk on slick bumper materials recently, I have an alternate question. Does any one know of the "stickiest" bumper material or a material with a high cof when interacting with other common bumper materials?

Thanks

Re: Stickiest Bumper Material

Velcro... more specifically, the hook side of it. I think you could buy a sheet of it.

The only real worry is what happens when someone uses the loop side of it... one of you is going to end up without bumpers.

Re: Stickiest Bumper Material

The key is finding a sticky material that still complies with the rule that bumpers must be made of a rugged and smooth material. What material are you trying to stick to? If your goal is to stick to field pieces you will be hard pressed to find a better material than the pleather that HOT used in 2014.

Re: Stickiest Bumper Material

There's lots of silicone-coated and polyurethane-coated fabrics available on the market.

Re: Stickiest Bumper Material

Harvest blue and red geckos, then glue them to your bumpers.

Not the most humane solution, but winning is winning.
