This thread very much reminds me of this other thread ( http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/sh....php?t=116720). Low numbered team, highly respected by their community, great history of success, "needing mentors".
And guess what, they just won the World Chairman's Award this past year. Anyone else besides me remember this???
