TechBrick has everything an FLL team could ever want. http://techbrick.com/Lego/TechBrick/...ges/index.html will take you to all of the resources from NanoQuest (the 2006-2007 season) on.

I was cleaning out some old file cabinets and happened to run across the build instructions for Ocean Odyssey (2005), No Limits (2004), and Mission Mars (2003). Files are uploaded here.

Edited to add: PM me with an email address if you'd like to me share the folder directly with you. Also, if anybody is associated with techbrick it'd be cool to add these to their collection. I'm a big fan of having like things all together in one place.
