Suggestion/Question: Missing district subforums?

I just haven't added them yet -- sorry for the delay.

In an effort to slim down the # of forums and clean things up a bit, I was thinking of just combining them all into one 'District Events' subforum, similar to what was done for Regional Competitions forum.

Eh, I kinda liked having them separate for the different district systems. Yes it increases the number of subforums a bit, but it helps keep everything more organized.
