Thanks for the videos, they've helped me get more into design in the past seasons, and they're always full of great information.

I have a few questions about your elevator design. How much clearance are you putting in between the round surface of the bearing and the aluminum it's rolling on? Also, how difficult was it to get the tolerances needed to make it roll smoothly?

EDIT: Why did you decide to go with cascaded over continuous?
