Cycle time to stack and cap

Trying to come up with number of seconds to stack totes, place noodle in container and cap stack with container.

Here is what we have so far
Stack of 2, 30-40 seconds
Stack of 3, 35-45 seconds
Stack of 4, 45-55 seconds
Stack of 6, 55-65 seconds

Anybody else working on cycle times and what have you found?

Re: Cycle time to stack and cap

Considering you're including the container + litter, these seem rather optimistic to me for most teams.

Re: Cycle time to stack and cap

At this point in the season, one speculative guess is as good as any other.

The rub is having to actually DO it.

That's true, We are trying to keep within the realm of possibilities for our team. We've been around a while but have a lot of young/new members.
