It definitely looks like the manual dimensions to the alliance wall.

Definition of the alliance wall just in case:

ALLIANCE WALL – the wall that separates the TEAMS in the ALLIANCE STATION from the FIELD and extends roughly 6 ft. 6 in. (vertically) from the carpet.

I agree, looks like a typo. I would use the field dimension drawings over the dimensions listed in the description of the Landmark.

The figure 2-9 should be the correct value as it agrees with field drawings but we will have to wait for a team update.
