Landmark Location?

In the game manual, on page 9 section 2.6.1. Landmark, it states that the location of the landmark is 15 ft. 7 in. from the Alliance Wall, but the diagram figure 2-9 shows that it is 13ft. 7 in. from the Alliance Wall.
Which one is right?

The 1/6/15 update corrected this. 13-7 is the correct distance.
