That's from a while ago when it was going to be a USB radio. The radio now needs to plug into the VRM 12V2A port and the Ethernet port on the roboRIO and the camera needs an additional VRM or needs to run on the 500mA port.

Please do NOT plug the robot radio into the 12 volt port on the VRM! The radio needs to be in the 5 volt 2 amp port, marked with a sticker as "Radio Power".
