A. Good question, apologies for the omission. The answer is both. The HDPE used for the Chute Plastic (GE-15017 and GE-15018) is "smooth". The HDPE used for all other elements is "orange-peel". The drawings will be updated to include this detail and announced in an upcoming Team Update.
