Syncing Pneumatics?

Our team is using two pneumatic cylinders, and we're wondering if anyone knows any ways to minimize the delay between the two.

what do you mean by delay and how do you have the pistons set up

They are arranged on either side of the tote, each picking up the tote by the handle. We want them to go off at the same time, without one piston lifting up the tote before the other.
