Enabling the PCM

In trying to update the firmware on the PCM through the web dashboard, we encountered a message that said:

Quote:
PCM IS NOT ENABLED! If robot is enabled maybe the id is wrong?
This message showed up when we clicked self-test under the PCM part of the webdash. Both when the robot was disabled and enabled, clicking self-test would give this message.

The device id for the PCM is 0 and this is the only one we have.

If it's important, sometimes self-test will also say the compressor current is too low despite our battery level being over 12V.

Things we tried:
  • According to FRC screensteps live we should rapidly click self-test to clear sticky errors. we did this.
  • The status light on the PCM is blinking slow green, which means it's disabled
  • Reading the entire FRC Screensteps documentation for configuring the PCM
  • Refreshing
  • Turning it off and then on again
  • Updating the roborio's firmware
  • Updating Microsoft Silverlight

Does anyone know how to enable the PCM?
