I applaud this. It'll make the country, I hope, examine its foundation and maybe...just maybe...make things a better for all of us.
Nobody is attacking your right to pledge allegiance to anything. Rather, the 9th Circuit courts were doing their duty to uphold the Constitution of the United States.
So, in fact, I'd argue that it's the 9th Circuit that is protecting our history, not attacking it.
