Re: Mount Middle Slide Wheel

We too are going to have mount the slider wheel in the middle.
I am concerned about it hitting the ramp.
Does anyone have a picture or drawing of a mount involving a spring?

Thanks in advanced.

BOSS is on a distinguished road
Re: Mount Middle Slide Wheel

We are running a slide drive, we are using a pneumatic cylinder to drive the slide drive down, so far we have not had an issue with going over the ramp. We put the center wheel on with its own gear box that tilts in and out of the frame.

Sounds like what 148 did in 2014. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oRwvQ2D_B-c
very cool design, my biggest concern would be keeping the strafe straight with only a single strafe wheel contacting the ground.
