TI Launchpad "Bricked"?

I am receiving an error while trying to program the Launchpad device.

The error that comes up is:
The programmer encountered an error: Error 5000
Gamepad Tool.vi <ERR>
Programmer didn't succeed. Check log file for details.

This is the Gampad Tool log file I found.

Any help would be appreciated.
