Problem installing labview update suite

Hey guys, I'm having trouble installing the labview update suite. After I unzipped it and ran it, it asked me to input the password. I did, and then it gave me an error for filepathing. Error -33, where nisuite.xml wasnt found in the folder. It wasn't, because it wasn't there, only a different .xml file. I'm downloading it again from the alternate source, and hopefully it was a bad download or something. Does anyone know about this problem? I couldn't find the error anywhere. Thanks!

Re: Problem installing labview update suite

If the other download doesn't work, please verify that you are actually unzipping the product, and not just installing from within the zip. Also, if needed, the support engineers can talk you through it and give advice. The website is at ni.com/frc.
