So what exactly is fair market value? Is it:
- Wholesale Price?
- Retail Price?
- Raw material Price?
- Craigslist Price?

Honestly, there is quite a bit of wiggle room on the BOM value. You can pro-rate the cost based off of what you actually use, not the bulk shipment and scrap.
