Yes, That is exactly what I mean, Whether the thicker Vex Omni's will fit between the flanges

They will be cutting it close. The distance between flanges is 1.75". The center wheel is what would cause an issue since there is not much room to move side to side. I would advise you to assemble it in CAD or contact AM.

The Vex 6" Omnis will fit between the flanges, but the KOP spacers need to be changed. I just uploaded the adapter we used to adapt the KOP AM pulley to Vex omni, and space it so the belt clears. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:642155
