I am so confused with all the circular cutouts. I believe it's an elec. panel, as I can roughly guess the relative size of the cutouts. I am quite curious as to what this turns out to be.

We used a PlasmaCAM 4x4 with a Hypertherm 65A torch and a massive compressor.

I agree, I see cutouts/bolt patterns that I can match to a battery, a main breaker, the PDP, 2 rows of (probably) Victors, the VRM, and probably the Rio.

On the right track, but we like to use every little nook and cranny. Which would explain the "irregular" hole arrangement.
