PDB Status Lights

What do each of the status lights mean on the PDP? We are getting orange lights rather than the green. Thanks

Re: PDB Status Lights

Check out page 13 of the User Manual.

Orange means robot disabled, or sticky fault present.

A sticky fault is a fault state that is kept until cleared by the user. The PDP is telling you that a fault has occurred at some point. It may or may not be still occurring. Someone with more knowledge than me should chime in with what that fault might be. I haven't had the chance to use the new control system yet.

Another resource to look at is Screenstepslive.

Re: PDB Status Lights

Just found this page on Screenstepslive.
Scroll to the bottom to see how to access fault information through CAN, and how to clear the faults.
