Camera Resolution

Hey FIRSTer, We are trying to set up our camera to use on our robot. We get picture but the camera quality is horrible. We have tried to use the axis camera tool and the axis camera web browser settings to change the resolution, but nothing works. I look forward to your response(s). Thanks

Re: Camera Resolution

Can you describe more about what the camera is connected to and where it is being displayed? You may also want to modify the compression, as highly compressed JPEGs look very grainy and color-distorted.

Re: Camera Resolution

That camera has a manual focus ring on the front.
You have to focus the camera by hand the first time you use it.

While watching the video, put your fingers on the ring around the camera lense and twist clockwise or counter-clockwise until it comes into focus.
