2go PC Boot menu- HELP!

I'm not sure if this is under the right forum or not. However, I am trying to load the Classmate Images onto my 2go pc but it isn't working. I put the file on an external hard drive and the pc recognizes it, but won't use the file to boot the computer.
HELP PLEASE!

Re: 2go PC Boot menu- HELP!

The downloaded file is not something that can be used to boot a Classmate. It's an image that must be written to a USB flash drive using the RMPrep tool. See the detailed instructions:

Imaging your Classmate (Veteran/Rookie Image Download)

Re: 2go PC Boot menu- HELP!

An alternative solution is to contact a nearby rookie team and ask to borrow the flash drive that came in their KOP. We had trouble creating a boot-able flash drive using the RMPrep process and team 5407 assisted us. Thanks Wolfpack Robotics for your GP.

Re: 2go PC Boot menu- HELP!

The USB stick that came with ours had corrupt files. Follow Alan's link and create new image file (can format and use same stick) and it will work perfect.
