All legal speed controllers since they were in FIRST Choice this year or in the KOP. Any control system component that was in the KOP including additional PCMs or VRMs. CIMs, MiniCIMs, & BAG motors, and most other motors since they have been listed previously in KOP. 1"x1"x1/8" aluminum angle, 1/2" round and hex bearings, #35 chain.

The older KOP lists are interesting, they include items like 1/4" aluminum plate, 1/2" round aluminum shaft, 2"x4" aluminum box tube, 1" sch 40 aluminum pipe, and more.

This is a good rule change in my opinion. The BOM is already barely useful in how poorly most teams complete it, how quickly most inspectors look at it, and how far away most teams are from the budget limit anyway. This should speed up inspection, I've hated having to not give out inspection stickers because someone's BOM didn't include their cRIO. This is a good rule change with some interesting, though not impactful, effects.
