Talon srx encoder reset (with breakout)

Hi, how to reset the encoder value with programing. The encoder is pluged directly on the talon srx with a breakout module. I can see the value of the encoder but I don't know if it is posible to reset this value using java code. Thank you!

Checkout the setposition function mentioned in the SRX software reference manual. Which type of encoder are you using?

Thank you, it work! I use a Hall Effect Two Channel Encoder (am-2816a). The encoder only count positively is it normal? Tank you again!
