We had the same problem. The documents say JRE 8u11 for the computer. If you have java updates then you could be on a higher version.
To fix we downloaded 8u11, uninstalled current Java JRE from the computer, disconnect from the Internet, installed Java JRE 8u11 on the computer, opened Java Control Panel and unchecked auto update - then never check button, reconnected to the Internet. We were then able to install the JRE on the RoboRIO. |
