Hi, our team was wondering if using gas structs on the robot this year would be considered legal.

The blue box under R66 may be of some help.

The following devices are not considered pneumatic devices and are not subject to pneumatic rules (though they must satisfy all other rules):

closed-loop COTS pneumatic (gas) shocks

Other rules to consider are cost, weight, size, etc.
