6.4.3.4 Interview Process and VIDEO Requirement
All teams submitting for the Chairman’s Award will need to sign up at pit admin in order to be interviewed by the Judges at the event. If a team does not sign up for an interview slot, they will be considered ineligible to earn the award at that event.
You do need to send 1-3 student representatives to do a Chairman's interview during competition. However, you don't have to submit for all awards, and there are some awards you're automatically considered for like Engineering Inspiration, Imagery, and robot awards.

Good luck!

In addition to the presentation you must do for Chairman's, your team must also create a video, post a copy on youtube, and bring a copy (either as a DVD or on a flash drive) to your interview.

You can find all the specifics for the awards here

If you need any help on specific portions, please feel free to PM me
