Exclamation Issues with SMC SS5Y3-41-06-N7T 6 Station Base Mount

Hey,

We are currently having issues with the SMC SS5Y3-41-06-N7T 6 Station Base Mount, we have the entire pneumatics system working, up until we connect tubing into the pressure port, and then we can't get any pressure readings, however if we remove the tubing from the port and cover the open end with our thumb we will get pressure readings, we are really stumped at the moment and could use some help.

What do you mean by pressure readings?

Did you remove the plug on the other side of the base station, put teflon tape on it and tighten it back in?

Do you have any unused spaces for solenoids? Do you have blank station kits installed over any port without a solenoid?

Do you have cylinders attached to both the input and output of all of your solenoids?

Did you install the gaskets below each solenoid and make sure they are tight on the base kit?

A pressure of 7 bar [100 psi] is sufficient to penetrate the skin.
