FRCSim Installs, mostly - misses WPI Java bits?
Hi All,
I am using C++ for development. I installed Ubuntu 14.04 on a vmware machine. It is fine. I ran the install script for FRCSim and it reported that it completed successfully. I noticed in the youtube video that when you first opened eclipse that it told you it was installing Java elements. When I open eclipse, its just plain eclipse with none of the WPI elements. Does anyone know what the missing elements are called? I think that the script was probably tested on a mature Ubuntu setup and not necessarily a fresh install. Thoughts? Thanks, Ken |

Re: FRCSim Installs, mostly - misses WPI Java bits?
I was able to install this on a fresh install and get it working.
After running the FRCSim install script an older version of Eclipse and java were set as the default. My process is documented here: http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=133104 |
