"Passing" based on a percentage is not accurate, at least not for the test that I made.
I find these tests to be better as a teaching tool for the first round.
Review the test immediately and discuss the finer points of this years game.
You don't want your drive team to appear ignorant of the rules at a competition.
Retest later to reinforce the rules.
If you have a practice Robot, you can practice and assess all the way to your competitions. If you can do a week zero event scrimmage, all the better.
Choose your drivers based on their ability to operate the robot effectively.
Use the test to filter a group of candidates.
"You are the lead programmer now, therefore everything that goes wrong is your fault. When anything good happens its the teams fault."
"But what if the robot spontaneously combusts?"
