The reason maybe because the competition is over for the time, so they closed-off all the webcams. Try again Saturday, and see what shows. I know that Windows 95 doesn't like the new RealPlayer (our school computers are 95).

lol.. i was trying that address for about the 3rd time before i thought about that possiblility (competitions being over).. heh, but it seems that they would have posted a message or something? i dunno.. i just hope that they have it up tomorrow.. id like to really get a feel for what the competition is going to be like.
