Looks speedy! If you guys have a second robot, some good programming could turn it into a real demon.

Thanks!

Only built the one bot unfortunately! But we have another week of software to test with lots of encoders and limit switches to implement so hopefully it'll be much faster and smoother by stop build day.

Mechanically no, but we are planning to do this in software.
Also, it doesn't drop that dramatically under normal conditions, but in the video, the programming team disabled the robot a second after it starts lifting which is why it drops suddenly.

We are running an AndyMark Super Shifter 30.1:1 (not utilizing the high gear) with 2 CIM motors. On the output shaft of the gear box is a 48 tooth sprocket which is connected by #35 chain to a 26 tooth sprocket at the top of lift.
