Exclamation PCM slow red flash

The PCM is slowly flashing red. The CAN is wired properly, there are no compressor or solenoid faults (still flashes red when there's no solenoid or compressor) and the power is from a fresh battery. How can it be fixed?

Re: PCM slow red flash

You mean the STATUS LED is slowly blinking red? And the COMP LED is off I assume?

Robot is disabled or enabled when the STATUS LED is blinking red?

Does the PCM show up in the roboRIO Web-based config? If not check the CAN wiring. How did you confirm the CAN wiring?

Do you mean it does show up in the roboRIO web-based config and your confirmed it's not faulting by pressing Self-Test?

Yes, it's the status light.

It flashes red for both.

No, it doesn't show up there. I have the CAN wired from the roboRIO to the PCM to the PDP. And the PDP works, so, as far as I can tell, the CAN is working.

Re: PCM slow red flash

Does the PDP show up in the roboRIO Web-based configuration page? What is the blink pattern on the PDP (both LEDs should blink the same)?

Re: PCM slow red flash

Yes the PDP shows up on the web-based configuration page, and both LEDs blink green.

Re: PCM slow red flash

Maybe take a pic of the wiring and send it to support@crosstheroadelectronics

Did the PCM ever blink green or orange before?

Yes.

We just got another PCM for our practice bot, and we tested that one, and it worked.
