Award Submission Question

Hey everyone, quick question about the award submission. I just tried to fill out the form to submit the Woodie Flowers award, but I realized 10 minutes before the award was due that I needed to be added to the list of submitters in order to actually send it. I found an advisor and was added, and filled in all of the information, finishing almost exactly at 12 noon. It said to click the submit button, but I did not see the button. Now, the award says completed but not submitted.

Is there any way to submit this or contact someone to get it submitted. I realize that waiting until the last minute was not advised, but I really want to honor this mentor for his effort on the team.
