Deploy Error with Thunder CRIO Tools

Hi, my team is currently using Thunder CRIO Tools to use Eclipse with our old CRIO; however, whenever I attempt to deploy code to the cRIO directly through an Ethernet cable connected to the Ethernet port in the cRIO, it fails because Eclipse states that it is unable to connect to the cRIO at 10.37.5.2 with that IP address deriving from our team number which is 3705. What we have tried so far is below.
Attempts to Solve It
-----------------------
-tried new Ethernet cable
-set IP address of computer to 10.37.5.5
-reformatted cRIO
-rebooted robot
-rebooted computer

Re: Deploy Error with Thunder CRIO Tools

Can you ping? If so, confirm that your team number is correctly set in FIRST Downloader Preferences.

Try also:
-Confirming that your Windows Firewall is off
-Disabling your internet connection

Re: Deploy Error with Thunder CRIO Tools

When you run the cRIO Imaging Tool, does it report the IP address of the cRIO as 10.37.5.2? Can you ping the cRIO at that address?

Have you tried connecting through a bridge/router instead of directly to the cRIO? The cRIO's ethernet port is not able to switch to the "crossover mode" necessary for a direct device-to-device connection, and perhaps your computer is not doing it either.
